Amina Crooks is an experienced leader with expertise in customer-led data and analytics transformation with cross-industry experience and providing advisory services on AI and Responsible AI to C-suite and Board members. Amina has over 15 years of expertise in business consulting and industry roles and has led teams to deliver complex programs that uplift analytical capabilities, advance analytical business intelligence and insights, implement digital data platforms, and develop data and AI products. She brings a unique blend of cross-skills in data, analytics and AI, customer strategy, CX, and human-centred design, ensuring a holistic approach to delivering creative solutions with emerging technologies that deliver innovative solutions to business problems and elevate customer experience and growth.
Teaching, coaching and mentoring have been a constant thread throughout Amina’s career. She has been a higher education instructor for more than 15 years in various countries including Ryerson University in Canada, University of Malaya in Malaysia and the University of Sydney in Australia. She has also volunteered as a mentor and coach in several programs including Startmate Engineering, the Faculty Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Melbourne, UNSW Founders and Girls in Tech.
Currently, Amina is a Senior Manager in Customer Data and AI at Accenture Song heling Australian businesses to drive continuous business reinvention through data & generative AI.
