With a decade of experience volunteering as a tutor, Aidan has worked closely with children facing various learning difficulties, including blindness, deafness, and cognitive impairments. His dedication extends to supporting youth from foster homes, victim support agencies, and recent migrant communities. This hands-on experience has deepened his understanding of the challenges faced by these groups and strengthened his resolve to foster positive change in their lives.

Aidan’s personal journey has also shaped his advocacy work. Growing up with a younger brother who has a significant disability, he has been an unwavering support throughout their lives. Outside of his professional commitments, Aidan enjoys riding his motorbike, nurturing house plants, and immersing himself in historical fiction and classic literature, which reflect his appreciation for diverse narratives and the human experience.
