Caitlin Tanaka is the CEO of Youth in Motion, where she channels her passion for education and youth empowerment. With an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Communications (Media Arts and Production) from UTS, Caitlin believes in the power of education to transform lives.
Since volunteering with Youth in Motion in 2018, she has been dedicated to ensuring that all young people, regardless of their circumstances, have access to opportunities that help them thrive. Caitlin’s experience in the education sector—from high schools to universities—gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and possibilities facing youth today in New South Wales.
In addition to her work at Youth in Motion, Caitlin is part of the Business Development and Training team at Guide Dogs, where she advocates for inclusivity and support for individuals experiencing low vision or blindness.
Caitlin is driven by a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of young people facing disadvantages. She is committed to leading Youth in Motion with compassion and creativity, ensuring that every young person feels empowered to pursue their dreams.
